WINE APPRECIATION

 

If you are a wine lover looking to increase your knowledge and enjoy tasting in a structured manner and friendly relaxed atmosphere, I have many events and courses that will interest you.

These include:

 

Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced Wine Appreciation Courses.  I also offer advanced courses on specified topics, e.g. the Wines of Bordeaux

 

Tutored tastings, focusing on wine regions, wine styles and grape varieties

 

Vineyard and winery visits, including tastings in situ.  Meet members of the team who produce the wines, and discover the factors that contribute to their success.

 

Workshops on specific topics – e.g. learn how to recognise faulty wines and return them with confidence.

 

Themed dinners with wines – learn the skill of matching food and wine whilst enjoying top class cuisine and carefully selected fine wines
